Choosing kitchen colors can seem like more of a commitment than living rooms or bedrooms, which can typically be done in a few hours. Green is a must have color trend everyone is buzzing about. “Because green is found in nature, it is a safe and timeless color to add to your kitchen” says Tara Miller, Omaha based firm the heartland interior design. She also stated that she expects a range of the shade from deep emerald to soft sage appear in kitchens this year. Especially cabinetry where green paint colors can really shine!
  2. Greige- if you don’t know, this is a warm blend between grey and beige and it’s making its name more and more popular the farther we get into 2022. It is a brown- toned grey that has everyone talking. It’s the perfect tone for people seeking cozy rather than crisp. Warm grays are offering more interest than pure white because they provide the same versatile options while also adding something different with that warm, cozy color.
  3. Sunny yellows, people spend the most time in their kitchen areas, so why not make it bright and warm? What color does that better than yellow? It’s “fresh and different” states Philadelphia based designer Libby Rawes. But don’t freak out- you don’t have to go ALL in yellow to achieve the brightening effect.
