Chris Beutler

Chris began his career at the young age of sixteen working with his fathers’ drywall company. He has always had a passion for architecture so he decided to pursue drafting at Suffolk County Community College. In 2004 Chris graduated with his degree in Construction Technology. Chris and NDA go further back than his college graduation. In fact, while still in high school Chris did some part-time work with NDA learning the inner workings of the business and new sales programs. Over his now 17 years with the company he has moved from part-time intern to draftsman and estimator. He has worked alongside most of the employees in the office, in the field, and with Ed himself.

Chris prides himself on his dedication, attention to detail, and accuracy. He is incredibly thankful for all of the knowledge he has gained and continues to gain from NDA Kitchens & Construction. He is not just that guy behind the desk. He has installed the cabinets and ripped up the tile. He has also drawn up the plans and designed the kitchens. Chris knows the entire process from start to finish on kitchen and bath remodels. It’s this extensive hands-on knowledge that will guarantee the customers satisfaction with their home renovations.

Michelle Filomeno

Customer Service Manager

Michelle has been with NDA for over 12 years and has 22 years of experience in the construction industry. If you have ever worked with, or plan to work with NDA, she is an integral part of our process from start to finish.

As the Customer Service Manager and Project Coordinator, Michelle handles the communication with customers once their project is set to start. From coordinating the schedule of each job to dealing with any issues that may arise, Michelle excels at keeping our customers up to date on the progress of their project and always makes herself available for questions – even after hours.

Since NDA is a complete design/build company, Michelle handles all aspects of scheduling and ensures that all sub-contractors are scheduled in advance and have a full detailed scope of work for each individualized project.

If your project should require a building permit or variance, Michelle also handles our expediting. Working with our design department and architect, she will fill out and file all required applications at your local building department and see the process through until the building permit is obtained. Throughout the project, Michelle will coordinate all necessary inspections with the town or village and at the completion of each project, she will ensure the building department issues the customer a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Occupancy.

Michelle’s goal is to ensure that every customer’s experience is positive, their project is completed timely, and that all the “little details” from the project schedule to the fine craftsmanship on-site exceed our customer’s expectations!
