Dear Mr. Rowland,

On behalf of all of us at Pal-O-Mine (staff, students, volunteers), please accept my deepest appreciation for your very generous donation of $5,000.00. I’m sure that Diane has told you that we are going to closing on property next week. Your donation could not have come at a better time! I see that you have selected one of our horse trailers as a naming opportunity for your company. I have started the ball rolling to have that completed as quickly as possible.

Pal-O-Mine Equestrian, Inc. is a not for profit organization that teaches recreational, therapeutic and competitive horse back riding to individuals with disabilities. We depend on donations from caring individuals and corporations to help see that all our students, regardless of financial constraint, have the opportunity to participate in this sport. Whatever the student’s goals are, it is our mission to see that they are given the chance to turn a disability into a riding ability.

Please retain this letter for tax purposes, as your donation is tax exempt to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in return for your donation.
